I know, I know. The very last thing you guys need is for your notification count to bump up from 2,945 to 2,946, but here I am writing yet another thing you may or may not feel obligated to read. :b
I'm sooo behind in notifications. And homework, which I should probably be working on...
But just wanted to stop by and let everyone know that I am still alive and okay. :3 How are things going for you guys? I'm having a pretty great week. I just made my tuition deposit at a university, so that's kind of exciting! I'm a little nervous about the idea of going off and starting my own life away from my family, but I'm getting a bad case of senioritis (kinda) and I love the school I picked.
Okay, sorry to bother you guys! Continue doing whatever it is you do!

Happy New Year! :)
Happy New Year! I hope you all had a blessed 2014, and may 2015 hold even more wonderful experiences.
I do apologize for the real lack of, well, anything lately. And I apologize for filling your message box with one more journal entry you probably don't have time to read. :b Please, as always, don't feel too bad if you don't have the time to read or reply. I've neglected replying to so many of your drawings and posts and that's my fault for not checking up on everyone more often.
2014 was an interesting year for me, but certainly not among my favorites. Yes, there were some amazing moments. I traveled to Germany this summer, which was incre
On Marching Band and Saying Goodbye.
Well, it's finally come. The last home football game ended last night, and with it, our marching season. It's been such an incredible four years, and it's really hard to let go.
I don't think there are enough words to do marching band justice. I've made so many incredible friendships, and I've grown so much as a person. It hasn't been easy, but all the hard work has been so worth it. I poured my soul into the music, and I gained everything in return. Marching band taught me what it means to lead. I discovered the importance of firmness when paired with compassion. Decisions don't phase me like they used to, and I'm not afraid to do what's ri
Hello! And I Got Tagged!
Oh boy, another journal entry from your absolutely favorite Dormouse in the world! :b (I mean, sorry that I write so many of these. Whoops)
Well, I survived band camp, and I think it went really well. :3 I can already tell that I the experience I gained from leading the band last year will give me a huge advantage this year. I'm more confident in my position and much better at getting everything taken care of. Sometimes, it's still so surreal to me that I'm even a drum major. I never considered myself a real candidate for the position, and only tried out at the last minute because my friends kept bugging me about it. But here I am, and I'm s
I'm Back~!
Hello everyone! *waves* Now, I know you have all been on the edges of your seats, eagerly awaiting my return. You've been refreshing your dA pages like mad, hoping that a journal would pop up signaling my return.
Pfft, just kidding. But I am back, though I probably won't be super active. Band camp is tomorrow! (Argh and yay). I've noticed that a lot of you have been busy this summer, so I hope you don't mind my absence.
Well, to say Germany was great would be probably the biggest understatement of the year. Wow, I just want to go back. Right now. Please. Bitte. I spent a short week in the country staying with family friends. I got to eat th

Ah, that's awesome that you chose your college! Don't be nervous, and finish off high school strong . And yeah, I've been really really busy too; having 18.5 credits of all science/math/engineering classes does not leave time in the day for dA
